COVID-19 Update: A Message to CKE Customers

Canada Kratom Express is open for business. Employee and Customer safety is our highest priority.

In response to the latest developments surrounding COVID-19, we implemented several new SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) at Canada Kratom Express.

We are closely following the recommendations of provincial and municipal public health authorities and are taking every precaution for the safety of our customers and staff.

We have implemented strict office-wide sanitary procedures including:

  • Sanitation stations at every entrance and throughout of our facilities
  • Social distancing by reducing staff at our fulfillment centers (a maximum of 2 per facility)
  • Work-from-home arrangements for all marketing, customer service, and logistics staff

Given the circumstances, we expect the possibility of shipment arrival delays. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused our shipping carriers to suspend all On-time Delivery Guarantees for parcel services, until further notice. We are currently seeing the occasional delays for order deliveries, regardless of the shipping service standard selected at the time of checkout. Nevertheless, we are operational and will continue shipping products.

As the situation continues to unfold, the safety of our clients and team members’ comes first. Everything we do is guided by our values and our long-standing passion for our natural products and the CKE community we love to service.
