Dong Quai helps with menstrual-related issues, such as cramps and irregular periods.
It has been known to help stimulate blood flow, open vessels, and relax the muscles.
SUGGESTED USE:Â Shake well before use. Mix 1 full dropper (30 drops) in juice or water, under the tongue or as desired. May be taken 3 times daily.
