Order Processing Deadline
Orders and payments received before 2:00 PM PST, Monday to Friday, will ship the same day.
Orders received after the above cutoff time or on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Please note that we cannot expedite last-minute orders that are placed after our deadline.
Shipping rates are specific to your location and can be found during checkout after inputing your address.
CKE upholds the delivery standards that we quote on our website during checkout. There may be rare occasions where delivery is delayed due to reasons outside of our control. CKE will not be held liable for any shipping carrier service failures, including delayed deliveries or lost packages.
We request that you double-check your shipping address is correct when placing your order (including any unit or apartment number), then verifying this again in your order confirmation email.
CKE is not responsible for covering any charges for items returned to us, due to incomplete or incorrect addressing provided to us by a customer. These items may be subject to a $15 ‘Return to Sender’ fee, as well as the original shipping costs to re-send the order.
